Additionally, it highlights difficulties students may face in punctuation, language usage, and writing skills. Summary : The poster main idea is about the importance of public speaking especially or the teachers. And from several sources that i found, public speaking is very crucial for teacher because :

• Engagement and Motivation: Engaging public speaking skills capture students' attention and maintain their interest in the subject matter.
• Confidence Building: Public speaking skills boost a teacher's confidence, which positively influences their overall teaching approach, and
• Fostering a Positive Learning Environment: Effective communication creates an inclusive and welcoming classroom atmosphere, encouraging student participation and learning
